Your week, planned in a minute

Build a weekly content calendar with shoot days, fan page posts, mass messages, promo and a real day off, then download it for Google Sheets or Excel.

Where you promote

A starting rhythm, not a rulebook: move things around to fit your life, and keep the day off. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

Why an OnlyFans content calendar helps

Most creators don’t burn out from the work. They burn out from deciding what to do every single morning. A content calendar makes those decisions once a week, so the rest of the week you just follow the plan.

This generator builds that plan from a few choices:

  • Shoot days: batch your filming into one to three days, so other days are for posting, promo and messages.
  • Fan page posts: spread across your working days, with a rotating idea for each so your feed doesn’t feel the same every day.
  • Mass messages: spaced out, alternating between new content, a friendly check-in with no sale, and an offer for fans who haven’t bought in a while.
  • Promo: daily posts for Reddit and X, and three short videos a week for Instagram or TikTok.
  • A weekly review: stats, best posts, money set aside for tax, and next week’s plan.
  • A day off, with no DMs. It’s on the calendar for a reason.

Download it as a spreadsheet for Google Sheets or Excel, or copy it into your notes app.

Natalia’s take

Schedule your days off first, then fit the work around them. Not the other way round. A business that only works if you never stop isn’t a business, it’s a trap. If you need help getting started on the days you do work, read how to get into work mode when you’re not in the mood.

How to make it stick

Batch on shoot days. One good shoot can cover several days of posts, previews and PPV. Film in more than one outfit or setting while you’re set up.

Block your DM time. “Reply to DMs” is in every working day for a reason, but give it a start and end time. Your inbox will take every hour you give it.

Use the weekly review. Look at what worked, move money to your tax savings (the tax calculator tells you how much), and adjust next week. A calendar you never review is just a nice-looking list.

Keep promo realistic. Daily posting on Reddit and X works for many creators, but quality beats volume. Our Reddit promo guide covers how often to post without getting banned.

Quick questions

How often should I post on OnlyFans?

Many creators post on their page most days, with a few mass messages a week. Pick a rhythm you can keep for months, because consistency matters more than volume. Five posts a week is a good starting point.

How many days should I take off?

At least one full day a week, with no DMs. If you can, take two. You’ll make better content on the days you work.

Can I edit the calendar?

Yes. Download it as a spreadsheet and change anything. The generator gives you a starting rhythm, not a rulebook.

What should I post on my fan page?

Mix it up: teasers, behind the scenes, polls and questions, favourites from your archive, new sets, personal updates and thank-yous to fans. The calendar rotates these ideas for you.
