These terms apply when you use spicyceo.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who we are
SpicyCEO is an independent online publication written and edited by Natalia Ferrari (a pen name), based in Spain. You can reach us at [email protected].
Who it’s for
SpicyCEO is for adults (18+) interested in the business side of online content creation. The site discusses the adult creator industry, but contains no explicit content.
Using our content
Everything on SpicyCEO (articles, graphics, logos and design) belongs to SpicyCEO unless we say otherwise.
- You can: read it, share links to it, and quote short parts with credit and a link back to the original article.
- Please don’t: copy whole articles or graphics, republish them elsewhere, sell them, or use them to train AI models or build products without our written permission.
If you’d like to use something in a way that isn’t covered here, ask us. We usually say yes to creators and educators.
No professional advice
Our content is general education, written from experience and research. It isn’t legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and it doesn’t replace a professional who knows your situation. Rules and platforms change, and results vary. See our disclaimer for more.
Links and tools
We link to other websites, platforms and tools. We don’t control them, aren’t responsible for their content or practices, and a link isn’t an endorsement unless we say so. Our affiliate disclosure explains how we handle any commercial links.
Your behaviour
Please don’t try to break, overload or misuse the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything illegal.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep SpicyCEO accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can’t guarantee it will always be complete, current or online. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for losses that come from relying on the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Spain, unless the consumer protection law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring it there.
